Te Wairua joined the team after having completed a building course involving mostly theory but also some practical components. His enthusiasm, approachable manner and attitude was evident straight off the bat. I sent a brief profile of our valued team member. The first I engaged with was willing to provide an opportunity for this young man to further his skills in his chosen field.
